News From the Beauties

Last Thursday, I received a  from Jennie S. Bev - for those of you who don’t know who she is, all I gotta say is, “Where the hell have you been man?” You can just Google her and tons of stuff will come up describing her success stories in various different websites. The information clipped below is just one of them.

clipped from asiablogging.com

blog it

Jennie has launched a new blog which focuses on e-commerce, online learning, digital journalism and the world. I am honored to know someone who is as humble, extremely intelligent and down-to-earth like her, that despite her hectic life she still managed to send me a cute little postcard with a brown Labrador puppy on it!

Another person who should be having a launch party for her raunchy new website is Rima Fauzi - she’s recently migrated to rimafauzi.com - a sexy, cheeky website which is already evident from the first page.

If you can’t get enough of her (I’m warning you, she is quite addictive), her new website will satisfy your thirst as it caters both blogs in English and Bahasa, as well as a little bit of taste of her music and sexiness.

So there you go people - news from my favourite girls this week. Happy browsing and don’t forget to update your links!

Gosh, your words are too kind my dear!!
I’m flabbergasted and flattered at the same time. I don’t think I have blushed this crimson in a loooooong time.. lol (you know im exaggerating, right??)

thanks again, and me love you too!!!
    ;)

I’ll give you something you can think of for a looooooooooong time Rims LOL (you know I’m exaggerating as well rite). Luv ya too, babez!

  2. Jennie Says:

Thanks so much, Therry, for your kind words. I hope the other card is coming soon. It’s with the world famous Golden Gate on it. If you still don’t receive it by next week, I’ll send a replacement.

Rima is soooo addictive, kayak Indomie… can’t live without it (her!).

You’re very much welcome, JenJen! I am patiently waiting for the second card to come :)

You read that Rimes? Jen’s addicted to you too - you’re gonna have to start opening a rehab center right there in your blog LOL

  3. Andie Summerkiss Says:

Congratulation on Jennie and of course, Rima! Way to go, girls.

    They’re fabulous!

  4. Elyani Says:

    ON Jennie:
Therry, I agree with you that despite Jennie’s fame she’s a very down-to-earth type of person. No, I don’t know Jennie in person but I once read about Eni Kusuma (a migrant worker/PRT in Hongkong if am not wrong) who was so inspired by Jennie’s and other motivator writing in pembelajar.com. Eni Kusuma then wrote her own book called “Anda Luar Biasa”. I think what makes Jennie different from other utter professional is she has her feet on the ground and treats everyone with great respect and kindness.

On Rima: Rima’s blog is “tombo ngantuk” (tombo bahasa Jawa artinya obat). Bener lho Rim, habis baca tulisan Rima ngantukpun jadi hilang :)

You’re right El, her intelligence and down-to-earth attitude inspires many people to follow her footsteps. She is an inspiration to all of us!

Where as Rima … well, she’s probably like the African chili she often cooks herself ;)

  5. rimafauzi Says:

Jennie is one of my fave bloggers! When I started blogging, I came across her name from the pesta blogger 2007 site, if im not mistaken. Went to jennieforindonesia and fell in love with her writings..
she is truly an inspiration, and as it turns out, a VERY NICE person too!!

    jennie: thanks for the postcard!!!

Can’t wait to meet her in person! You better schedule your visit back to Indo together with her so we can all have a huge gathering ;)

  6. woelank Says:

    I envy you……

ps: another tag post for you…

  7. Jennie Says:

Therry, Rima, Andie, Elyani, and Woelank:
Thanks so much gals and guy! I’m blushing here.
Hehhehe… I’m so happy to have joined the rank of gorgeous women of the Blogosphere. :) That’s what matters.

We all are gorgeous…. inside and outside. Particularly outside!! :D :D

JenJen, you’ve earned the title!! Be loud and proud about it sister! ;)

  8. silly Says:

    Wawwww…

That’s the only thing that I can say, after read jennie’s web. You are totally like therry and elyani said, down-to-earth type of person. Salam kenal yah, saya silly… their new “silly” friend, hehehehe…

btw, Therry, your blog should be having a launching party as well. Your’s were totally cool and chic, feminist and cool as well. Full of gorgeous women (like woelank said, hahaha)…

I thank god for letting me know you all girls. Luv yaaa…

I’m tempted with the launching party idea, but who would come? All of you peoples are spreader all over the world! LOL.

But I bet Woolie would be ecstatic to come, right Woel? *wink*

  9. Jennie Says:

    Silly,
Nice to know you. I’ve been to your blog before and commented there. :) Great job.

  10. Jennie Says:

    @Therry and Silly,
What on earth? It should have read @Silly, not “Silly” in the name field. Sorry, please fix this. Masih ngantuk pagi2.

Done and done!! What were you doing so early in the morning? :P

  11. Rangga Praduwiratna Says:

    Hi therry,

I love reading Jenny’s blog. I like her statements about ‘Keeping Distance’ :

Keeping distance is crucial because it gives plenty of room for objectivity and keen observations.

Yap, sangat sulit untuk menjadi seorang yang objektif dalam menilai sesuatu.

Anyway, rima’s blog (err.. should I say it a weblog now? :) ) and your weblog are also interesting to be read. :)

  12. Rob Says:

    Therry…

    Jenny is indeed a legend!

You will be one too! Give yourself time!

Everyone’s a legend, including you, Rob!!

  13. Diny Says:

congrats for the three of you (apa cobaaa). tapi serius nih, gue angkat empat jempol untuk konsistensi kalian dalam urusa pem-blog-an (sumpah mati, gue gak maksud sok ngomong kaya pejabat; susah aja nyoba nulis bahasa indonesia yang baik dan benar).

seriously, do you guys even sleep at all? i know you don’t have kids, but you work too, right? amazing.

    udah gitu, pada gorjes abezzzz!

Jennie and Rima are gorgeous!! And I don’t know about them, but I don’t have a job. I don’t work. I just sit on my bed all day in my PJs munching crisps and biscuits… with my laptop on my lap….

    I WISH!! :P
