I’m all for No.2! It IS very girly, but it’s tidy with a lot of natural light. I don’t need many screens anyway, would get headaches in maybe under an hour!

Yes, natural light is very nice, but unfortunately my room is very dark, the lights are always on most of the time

Having built so many workstations in so many offices I must say I was really impressed with the workstations at one of the oil companies. Some department got two or three big monitors (hence required bigger space), their walls were magnetic walls so you could stick anything anywhere, and all furniture were glass and white.

But I myself don’t need a workstation – I am happy with my pink lap tray that says “Does my bum look big on this?” underneath my macbook

I have a pink lap tray too Vitra? Reminds me of Ikea a lot! I like a workstation that is nice and cozy, not too neat that it borders on being cold, but not too messy either…
