Tiny but Mighty

line

I’ve had my eyes on this little gear for quite some time now and as far as I knew, not many computer stores sell this thing. The reason why I want it is because:

  • I can only listen to my iPod for so long until my ears start to throb painfully
  • I’ve been wanting for technology to catch up and create a tiny but mighty portable speaker that is also rechargeable – I know, I simply want too much out of one thing

So I was very lucky when I stumbled into this unknown little gadget store in Metropolitan Mall and found that they sold those speakers and they had one in green! Which is the same color as my iPod Nano.

It’s about as big as a snooker ball, it fits in your pocket and it has vacuum bass meaning that it doesn’t give you that horrible full-trebled sound often found on tiny speakers – just like what it says in it’s packaging, “Pocket size speaker, compact but no discount in sound quality.”

Another great thing about it is that it has in-built Li-Ion rechargeable battery that lasts up to five hours. No power plugs nor cords needed, yay! It comes with three mobile phone adaptors so you can also play songs from your mobiles, although I most probably won’t be using them since mobile phones chargers always change like, every month.

I tried playing songs from my iPod and it was excellent. The sound quality it offers is practically the same as those you will find from individually-sold laptop speakers, except that this thing is much, much smaller and yet so powerful.

For a music-freak like me who needs music wherever and whenever (even in the showers), this thing is going to knock your socks off. Another bonus; I got it for Rp. 125,000. Cheap as!

So if you’re like me and have been wanting to have a tiny but mighty portable no-fuss speaker, go get a DiVoom iTour 10, you won’t regret it. They even have other versions that are bigger and much more powerful, the DiVoom iTour Pop.

But right now I’m happy with mine.
